What about additional entry fees for extra categories?
Each additional category requires a separate fee. Visit our Rules and Conditions page for the complete fee schedule. For photographers submitting many images: Our credit bundles offer significant savings—you can purchase credits in bulk at discounted rates, making it more economical for multiple submissions across different categories.
How do I submit my photographs?
Click “Submit Entry” in the navigation menu, create an account, and follow the upload instructions. Ensure your files meet our technical requirements: JPEG format, minimum 2,500 pixels on the longest edge, and maximum file size of 5MB.
What are the submission fees and deadlines?
Submission fees vary based on the period (Early Bird or Regular) and entry type. Visit our “Rules and Conditions” page for the complete fee schedule. Early bird submissions offer significant savings for photographers entering multiple categories.
When will winners be announced?
Winners will receive email notification within three weeks after the judging process concludes. Public announcements will be made on our website and social media channels.
Can I modify my submission after payment?
No. Once payment is completed, entries cannot be modified or replaced. Please carefully verify all files and information before finalizing your submission. You may edit entries before payment through your account dashboard.
